Indications and Usage
Prevention of hepatitis B
Dosage and Administration
The usual adult dose is 1.0 mL (20 μg) administered intramuscularly.
Primary Immunization
- 1) 1st dose : Day of initial dose (Month 0)
- 2) 2nd dose : 1 month after the 1st dose
- 3) 3rd dose : 6 months after the 1st dose
However, in cases where rapid acquisition of immunity is required-such as a high risk of exposure or unavoidable inability to follow the standard schedule-administer 3 doses intramuscularly at 1-month intervals.
