Prevention of COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus in individuals 12 years of age and older

1. Dosage

Individuals 12 years of age and older:

Administer 2 doses of 0.5 mL each, given 3 weeks apart.

No data are available on the interchangeability of this vaccine with other COVID-19 vaccines. Individuals who have received a first dose of this vaccine should receive a second dose of this vaccine to complete the vaccination series.

Booster dose (3rd dose): Individuals 18 years of age and older

A booster dose of 0.5 mL may be administered intramuscularly 6 months after completing the primary series (2nd dose).

2. Method of Administration

Administer intramuscularly, preferably into the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.

Do not inject intravascularly, subcutaneously, or intradermally.
